The Municipal Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the 2024 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 301, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Goods for the Conduct of Data Privacy Act (DPA) Compliance Seminar and Workshop. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
