MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA
INVITATION TO RE-BID FOR CONDUCT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES: PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL CHECK-UP
1. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque through GAD Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php 298, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Conduct of Health Care Services: Physical and Medical Check-up. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque now invites bids for the Conduct of Health Care Services: Physical and Medical Check-up. Delivery of the goods is required upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
