"Conducting a communication campaign on the territory of the municipality of Kardzhali under the project "Improving the atmospheric air in the municipality of Kardzhali", financed under the Procedure "For cleaner air" under the Program "Environment" 2021 - 2027. communication campaign for naselof the municipality of Kardzhali, the EC Rules for communication and visibility for the 2021-2027 program period and the Rules for the use of the EU emblem under EU programs for the 2021-2027 period must be observed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation ( EU) 2021/1060 and according to the conditions and requiredthe implementation of projects under PES 2021-2027
