The subject of the public contract is the supply of a tabletop microscope capable of confocal imaging, wide-angle fluorescence microscopy and transmitted light microscopy. The microscope must be able to combine these modes and imaging methods within a single protocol. The microscope must be equipped to getby a significant number of excitation sources covering a wide part of the visible spectrum. The microscope will also be designed to work with photosensitive live specimens, and therefore must be equipped with a sufficiently sensitive detector to enable fast scanning. Fully motorized control of the entire system is required. Includedthe system must be a powerful PC with acquisition software enabling control of the microscope and display of 2D and 3D images in real time. The software must also allow image deconvolution and automatic stitching of large samples. The system must include additional analytical software for complex 3D visualizationand analysis of the obtained data. To save time and speed up the process, the obtained data images must be directly openable in the analysis software without prior file format conversion.
