Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of Steel Composite Frame Structure/Stair under single contract value of at least Tk. 1, 00, 00, 000/- (BDT One Crore) only successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be 6, 00, 00, 000/- (BDT Six Crore) in the best three (3) years over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1, 50, 00, 000/= (BDT One Crore Fifty Lac) Only.5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 1, 50, 00, 000/= (BDT One Crore Fifty Lac) Only.6. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents.7. Tenderer are requested to go through all instructions, sample papers and drawings attached in General Specifications (Section-7), Particular Specification (Section-8) and Drawings (Section-9) accordingly
