The contractor(s) supports the Muenster police headquarters in the planning, construction and takeover phase of the new police headquarters and/or the regional training center.

Construction advice. Tenant controlling in the planning, construction and takeover phase of the police headquartersMuenster.

The contractor must provide the following services:

- Setting up a functional mailbox for email traffic

- Familiarization with the task and review of all documents belonging to the contract (An overview is attached to the service description (Annex list FLB PP Muenster and table of contents FLB PP Muenster) attached) - Viewing and checking the draft planning (also for compliance with the contractual requirements)

- Tenant support and participation in the development of the approval and implementation planning

- Viewing and checking the implementation planning (also for compliance with the contractual requirements)

- Reviewing other documents from the landlord for compliance with the contractual requirements

- Advice and support in decision-making within the scope of samplingappointments including checking whether the offered qualities match the contractual requirements - Regular inspections of the rental property (under construction) and participation in planning meetings including the preparation of reports and documentation
