1. The Local Government Unit of Santa Teresita, through SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 - 2023 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIxTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE AND 57/100 (P 369, 233.57) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ANAEROBIC WASTE WATER TREATMENT AT PUBLIC MARKET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
