Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), GAA 2023 (Fund 501) = PhP143, 676, 268.47 and CBI (GAA 2024-2026) = PhP595, 829, 441.36, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Seven Hundred Nine Pesos and 83/100 (PhP739, 505, 709.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bagtingon Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures in Region 4B under Small Reservoir Irrigation Project, Invitation to Bid No. R4B-BSRIPD-C-39. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1, 095 calendar days inclusive of 267 unworkable days.
