At the Robert Frank power station, Haevern 1, 31628 Landesbergen, LK Nienburg, Lower Saxony, Statkraft Markets GmbH operates a 20 MWe biomass cogeneration plant (Bio I) fired with waste wood. This is now to be expanded by a second plant, also fired with biomass: LandesbergenBio II (hereinafter referred to as "LAN Bio II" or "Bio II"). The hallmark of this Bio II, which is to be newly built, is the ability for "multifueling", i.e. it should have the highest possible flexibility with regard to the fuel used on the basis of self-running combustion (highe bandwidth of moisture, calorific value, ash content, etc.).
The project is divided into two main lots:
Lot A "Plant/Process Engineering": Fuel delivery, fuel storage and transport, furnace and boiler system, flue gas cleaning and discharge, power generation, water-steam cycle, Elecontrol and control technology, network connection, TGA and smoke extraction; including the structural planning (propertyails can be found in the procurement guidelines.
