Tenders are invited for Construction of Boundary Wall at Kegalle Prison.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application addressed to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Prison Headquarters along with the receipt upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3, 500.00 per bid in cash to the Finance Division at Prison Headquarters, 150, Baseline Road, Colombo 09 from 27th March 2024 to 17th April 2024 from 09.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs during working days except weekends.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Rs. 373, 000.00 in favor of the Commissioner General of Prisons, Prison Headquarters, 150, Baseline Road, Colombo 09 obtained from a commercial bank registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka on the format given in the bidding document and shall be valid from 17th April 2024 to 31st July 2024. Bid securing declaration and insurance guarantee shall not be accepted. It shall be unconditional guarantee encashable on first demand written in favor of the Commissioner General of Prisons for the sum mentioned.
