Project Name: CONSTRUCTION OF CHECK DAM

Location: PAFRTDC, Brgy. Justiniana Edera, Dinagat, Dinagat Islands

1. The Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands, through the 20% PDF SB No. 1 FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (₱2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Check Dam located at PAFRTDC, Brgy. Justiniana Edera, Dinagat, Dinagat Islands, Reference Number INFRA 2024-30. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
