This scope contemplates the necessary interconnections to process products to use as diluents that under normal conditions cannot be treated due to out of service or by normal operational conditions there are no natural interconnection facilities (includes MCB in the operational/production category), In addition, interconnections to process hydrocarbons in a more efficient way decreasing the environmental impact (environmental category) and finally includes the installation of equipment blocking valves to allow their maintenance intervention without affecting the plant's operation. In other cases, installation of filters to equipment is contemplated to increase reliability. In general, installed facilities provide flexibility for the management of process and services currents with a view to strengthening operational continuity and thus maintaining the generation of the required products.
