1. The City Government of Cotabato, through Community Development Fund 2024, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy Thousand One Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos and Thirty Six Centavos (Php 3, 270, 158.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the whole lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
