General objectives of the work to be contracted:

Construction contract for the Shiroles School, Huetar Caribe Region In general, the main object of the contract is described as the construction of four pavilions, including academic classrooms, library, computer lab, dining room, among other elements, construction of external infrastructure, demolition of existing buildings, improvement of existing classroom pavilion, and infrastructure works, and furniture and connectivity equipment.
Project background:
● The project is located in the province of Limón, in the canton of Limón, in the district of Valle La Estrella.
● The project to provide educational infrastructure to the population of the Shiroles School
has plans approved and endorsed by the CFIA. The project does not have environmental viability issued by the National Environmental Technical Secretariat. The Contractor will be responsible for carrying out all the studies and procedures necessary to obtain the environmental viability of the project before the National Environmental Technical Secretariat (SETENA), in accordance with the Regulations for environmental evaluation, control and monitoring of SETENA [ref.
