Tenders are invited for Construction Contracting for the Carlos J. Peralta School in the Central Region

The Ministry of Public Education, in Accordance with Executive Decree 38170-
Mep “Administrative Organization of the Central Offices of the Ministry of Education
Public” in its Article 135, Establishes the Functions and Objectives of the Directorate of
Infrastructure and Educational Equipment (Diee);

”the Directorate of Infrastructure and Educational Equipment (Diee) is the Body
Technician in Charge of Planning, Developing, Coordinating, Directing, Monitoring and
Evaluate Plans, Programs and Projects Aimed at Improvement and Expansion
Of the Physical Educational Infrastructure and its Equipment, as a Means to
Facilitate Access, Quality and Equity of Costa Rican Public Education.
It Includes Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Rehabilitation and
Construction of Educational Infrastructure, as Well as its Equipment and
