Tenders are invited for Construction of a Drilling in Kouekong (Old Bridge) and the Construction of a Water Point in Njingah by the Extension of the Camwater Network in the Bafoussam Ier District Commune, Mifi Department, West Region in Two Lots (In Emergency Procedure)
The tender file may be withdrawn during working hours upon publication of this notice to the Project Owner upon presentation of the original receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of Fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA francs payable to the Municipal Revenue of the Municipality of the District of Bafoussam 1st .
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents a bid bond valid for thirty (30) days beyond the deadline for validity of bids, established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in the DAO (Exhibit No. 13). The provisional security will be automatically released no later than 30 days after the expiry of the validity of the offers for unsuccessful bidders. In the event that the tenderer is successful in the contract, the provisional security will be released after the final security has been provided.
