The Municipality of Esperanza, through the Municipal Fund to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Pesos (Php2, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Construction of ENHS Multi - Purpose Stage/Contract ID No. ESP-INFRA-02-2025 at ENHS, Barangay Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Esperanza, now invites bids for the project Construction of ENHS Multi - Purpose Stage at ENHS, Barangay Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur.
