1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through CY 2023-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of ₱1, 999, 946.43 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Evacuation Center @ Sac-sac CY 2023-20% EDF with Contract No. 1002404-585-025 dated April 23, 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
