Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES AT OGAONG VIEW DECK

The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos and Thirty-Two Centavos (PhP 1, 267, 283.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES AT OGAONG VIEW DECK under GF-2024-07-1026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
