5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on the Engineering Procurement Desk. Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands by any interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 400 as same equivalent value of Ethiopian Birr. The method of payment will be either made in cash or remitted to the bank account below.

6. The set of bidding documents will be collected at the address below or sent by registered airmail, under any circumstances, the Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands will not be responsible for late delivery or loss of the documents so mailed. Interested parties who purchase bidding documents and register contact points including name, fax, and e-mail to the Employer shall be considered as prospective Bidder. Only prospective Bidders can participate in the bid and be informed of any amendment of the bidding documents, if any.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at and before 8:00 PM until 3rd October 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of US$ 800, 000 or an equivalent value of Ethiopian Birr and bid security must be counter-guaranteed by Ethiopian reputable banks. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2:30 PM on 3rd October 2023. The bid submission deadline and the bid opening date should be set on the same date.
