Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of House of Agriculture Pljevlja

1. The Montenegro has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Second
Institutional Development and Agriculture Strengthening Project, and intends to apply
part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of House of
Agriculture Pljevlja.
2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, through Technical Service
Unit (TSU), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction of House of
Agriculture Pljevlja, consisting of: Construction works, Water system and canalization,
Electrical installation high voltage, Electrical installation low voltage, Thermotehnical
installation.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for
Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “The World Bank Procurement Regulations
for IPF Borrowers Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, NonConsulting and Consulting Services, July 2016, revised November 2017 (“Procurement
Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement
Regulations.
