Krtk Description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the construction of an appointment for a flight miguette of the ambulance in the framework of funding from the RS of the Polish AD Fund: a program of strategic investment., 2) design works on the basis of a functional and user program, and construction works. The investment consists in: a) the completion of complete design documentation (construction project and executive projects) together with obtaining all agreed agreements and allow, in this final building license, , b) implementation of construction works in accordance with the approved construction project, a building permit, (c) obtaining the required allowances and decisions in accordance with the requirements of the law., 3) a particular description requires a contracting authority to implement the subject of the contract, including design and construction works: a) the scope of construction works should be performed on the basis of a serious executive and construction project prepared by Persons to this authorized on the basis of a functional and usual program., (b) the technical documentation should be developed in accordance with the applicable provisions.
