The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the building construction or similar works in BTCL or any Gov/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization shall be three (3) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)2. The minimum specific experience in building construction or similar works in BTCL or any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization of at least 1 contracts of Similar works successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 18 Lac. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.).Tender without such Certificate(s)/Paper shall be considered non-responsive.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15 Lac.
