Eligibility of Tenderer : A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh.D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight ) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.E) Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .F) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2, Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-8 of tender documents must be fulfilled.G) According to PPR-2008 and ITT, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than Ten percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tenderer will be rejected
