Tenders are invited for Construction of a Market in the Commune of Salapoumbe, Department of Boumba and Ngoko, Eastern Region. Single Lot.
The Tender Document (DAO) can be obtained upon publication of this notice, from the services of the Town Hall of SALAPOUMBE, upon presentation of a receipt of payment to the Municipal Revenue of SALAPOUMBE, at the telephone number: 670 62 12 57/691 70 14 41 of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100, 000) FCFA, representing the purchase costs of the Tender Document.
The offers must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee with a validity period of one hundred and twenty (120) days and an amount of One million (1, 000, 000) FCFA for the single lot, established according to the model indicated in the tender file, by a first-rate banking establishment, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO. The provisional security will be automatically released beyond the thirtieth (30th ) day after the expiration of the validity of the offers for unsuccessful bidders. In the event that the tenderer is the successful bidder for the letter of order, the provisional security will be released after the final security has been provided.
