General objectives of the work to be contracted:

Project background:
● The educational center has an enrollment of 25 preschool students and 107 students in the first and second cycles of basic general education, for a total of 132 students.
● The project is located in the Canton of Santa Cruz, in the Province of Guanacaste, in an area of high population concentration.
● The project to provide educational infrastructure to the population of the Matías Duarte Sotela School has approved and endorsed plans. The project has environmental viability; the Contractor will only carry out the environmental management of the works.
The construction of the Matías Duarte Sotela school must be carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications developed by the DIE.
