Invitation to Bid for

CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY

Adams, Ilocos Norte

1. The Municipality of Adams, through the Municipal Development Fund 2021-2023 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and 20/100 (P 957, 539.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY and Project Identification No. INFRA-MDF - 2024 -01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Adams now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 35 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
