Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Collago, Lagayan, thru the FY 2024 - 20% Economic Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 200, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Collago, Lagayan, now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY. The project is located at Barangay Collago, Municipality of Lagayan, Province of Abra, Cordillera Administrative Region. The following are the Item of Works;
