Description : 1. The Municipal Government of Roxas, Isabela has received the share from the CY-2021 Collection of Burley and Native Tobacco Excise Tax and it intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Six Pesos and Fifty Four Centavos Only (Php10, 607, 486.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Evacuation Center at Roxas Stand Alone Senior High School, San Antonio, Roxas, Isabela /LGU-ROx-CWC-ET21-29-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Roxas, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
