MUNICIPALITY OF ZUMARRAGA

Invitation to Bid

1. The LGU - Zumarraga, Samar, through the 20% EDF, CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos & 00/100 (P3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Municipal Road @ Barangay Poblacion 1 and Poblacion 2, Zumarraga, Samar (LF 2025-006 INFRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC and Sub-ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU - Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
