The cost of the Nairobi Metropolitan Services Improvement Project (NaMSIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Kangundo Road (Tala)-Kenol (21.452km long), Kenol-KangundoRoad (Koma) (9.396 km long) and Katumani-Mombasa Road (8.978km long) and Rehabilitation of Kenol-Machakos Town-Katumani Link Road(30.312 km long) The Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development (Directorate of Nairobi Metropolitan Development) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction of Kangundo Road (Tala)-Kenol (21.452km long), Kenol-Kangundo Road (Koma) (9.396km long) and Katumani-Mombasa Road (8.978km long) and Rehabilitation of Kenol-Machakos Town-Katumani Link Road (30.312km long) to be completed within a period of 21 months.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, 15th July 2015 at 09:00 a.m. at Konza turn-off along Mombasa Road.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 19th August 2015 at 12:00 noon Kenyan time.
