1. The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the AIP- 2023 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Two Hundred Forty Eight Pesos and Forty One Centavos (14, 440, 248.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Parking Space and Landscape (2023-AIP -LAL-0177). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
