1. The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the 20% Devlopment Fund (OBR No. 300-25-02-00877) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Pesos Only (Php 26, 000.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PRESTRESSED CONCRETE DECK GIRDER (PCDG) BRIDGE WITH RIVER BANK SLOPE PROTECTION located at SITIO OMBO, BRGY. NEW CANIPO, SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN (Project Reference No. B2 GF PEO 25-02-012). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred twenty-one (221) calendar days.
