This contract is a works contract. It includes the execution of the following works: Lot 1: Civil Engineering Clearing/brush-clearing works; Excavation workup to DI 1, 800) and visiting rooms; Work on metal frames and various accessories; Development work on the surrounding area, including the installation of retaining walls, coverings and various linear elements; Lot 2: Electromechanics The work essentially includes the supply andt the assembly and other work of: HV to LV transformer station 2 Archimedes screw pumps of 2000 m³/h minimum capacity; Screens and screening system downstream of the pumps Control system for these screws; allowing local control, from the lock keeper site as well asfrom the Perex center via optical fiber. This system will interact with that of the lock to retrieve information from the lock sensors (upstream and downstream water levels for example) Extension of video surveillance, intercom and fire alert systems from the lock site to the station de pumping Lighting and heating of the shelter for technical interventions; exterior lighting of the area Service and reserve equipment and tools The work described above is not exhaustive, the details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary bill of quantities.annexed to these special specifications. This contract includes 2 conditional tranches and an imposed option (see points 1.5 and 1.6 below). The contracting authority therefore reserves the right to order only one or the other option or none and the successful tenderer will not be able to claim, in thiscase, to no compensation.
