The Local Government Unit - Lope De Vega, Northern Samar, through the LGU - Fund intends to apply the sum of Php200, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SEPTIC VAULT FOR HEALTH CARE WASTE, BRGY. GETIGO, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
