INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWERED STREET LIGHTS AT NATIONAL HIGHWAY, BARANGAY ACMONAN AND POBLACION, TUPI, SOUTH COTABATO

1. The Municipality of Tupi through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of

Php 1, 800, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Solar Powered Street Lights at National Highway, Brgy. Acmonan and Poblacion, Tupi, South Cotabato/ITB 032-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tupi now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required Ninety (90) days after the signing of the contract. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Th...
