Description : CONSTRUCTION OF SPILLWAY
1. The Barangay of Tan-awan, through the Budget approved by the Sanggunian - 20% EDF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand pesos (P 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Spillway / INFRA 2024-08-Tan001 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay of Tan-awan now invites bids for 1m width x 8m length concrete structure. Completion of the Works is required 10 cd. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
