General Information
The solicitation is anticipated to be issued around early April 2025.
A site visit is anticipated around mid - late April 2025.
The contract is anticipated to be awarded in early- mid June 2025. All dates are tentative and for planning purposes only.
The resulting contract shall be a Firm Fixed priced construction contract.
The solicitation shall be competitive Small Business Set-Aside.
The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The magnitude of construction is more than $10, 000, 000.
