1. The subject of the order is the provision of services: Construction supervision of the work "ŽSR, Electrification and related reconstruction on the section of the line Banovce nad Ondavou - Humenne".
2. This is the activity of construction supervision on the work "ŽSR, Electrification and related reconstruction on the section of the line Banovce nad Ondavou - Humenne (hereinafter referred to as the "Work") according to the contract for the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") concluded pursuant to § 269 par. 2 of Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code and in accordance with the Work Contract No. ZOD1223/23 (hereinafter referred to as "Work Contract").
3. Work "ŽSR, Electrification and related reconstruction on the Banovce nad Ondavou - Humenne" consists of three parts (three buildings):
-Building A: "ŽST Banovce nad Ondavou (outside) - ŽST Stražske (including), KRŽZ, col. no. 1";
-Building B: "ŽST Michalovce - station security equipment";
-Building C: "ŽSR, Electrification of the line Banovce nad Ondavou - Humenne".
