A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the day that the advertisement appears in the Ethiopian Herald newspaper by the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 700 ETB (seven hundred Ethiopian Birr). The method of payment will be in the commercial bank of Ethiopia Account Number 1000241842499. The Bidding Documents will not be sent by any other method than through a bidder's representative in person).
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 AM at Jinka, on the 21st calendar day after being announced in The Ethiopia Herald Newspaper. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:30 PM al Jinka, on the last submission day.
