A complete set of the bidding documents (in English) is available to interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shillings Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Only (TZS 250, 000.00)

All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Unconditional Bank Guarantee (on the format provided in the bidding document) amounting to Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) Two hundred million (TZS: 200, 000, 000.00), one hundred fifty million (TZS: 150, 000, 000.00 and One hundred Forty million (TZS: 140, 000, 000.00) or equivalent in any freely convertible currency for the lot 1, lot 2 and lot 3 respectively in favor of Vice Chancellor, University of Dar es Salaam, P.O. BOx 35091 Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Bidders participating in more than one lots must provide separate bid security for each
lot. The Bid Security shall be clearly addressed to the Vice Chancellor, University of Dar es Salaam, P.O. BOx 35091 Dar es Salaam Tanzania and shall be valid for twenty-eight (28) calendar days beyond the bid validity period. i.e. 148 calendar days after the bid-s submission deadline.

Qualifications requirements include: (1) General Construction Experience: Experience under construction contracts in the role of prime contractor, JV member, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last 10 years, starting 1st January 2013. (2) Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience: experience as a prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) work of similar nature and complexity in the last ten (10) years with a value of USD 3.5 million for Lot 1
