Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), GAA 2024 (Fund 501) = PhP100, 000, 000.00 and CBI (GAA 2024-2028) = PhP1, 596, 381, 674.31, intends to apply the sum of One Billion Five Hundred Ninety Six Million Three Hundred Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and 31/100 (PhP1, 596, 381, 674.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Tulunan Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures in Region 12 under Small Reservoir Irrigation Project, Invitation to Bid No. R12-TSRIPD-C-40. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1, 825 calendar days inclusive of 551 pre-determined unworkable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
