The Project Comprises an Overall 11, 148 Square Meter Area. The Scope of Work Covers Earthworks, All Components of Structural and Civil Works Peiaining to Construction, All Infrastructure Works including Sewerage Network and System, Potable Water and Electric Network, Electrical Networks, Storm Water Network, Data, and Telecommunication Works, Irrigation and Landscaping Works within Plot Boundary Wall and Other Associated and Miscellaneous Works. All the Work shall be Earned out in Accordance with the Drawings, Project Specification, Qcs Standard, and Approval Requirements from the Government Authorities.
