CONSTRUCTION OF A WASTE TREATMENT UNIT AND A COMPOSTING UNIT OF PRE-SELECTED BIO-WASTE OF THE 1ST AND 4TH GEN AIT/NIAS
The tendered contract is a mixed contract, within the meaning of the article 4 par. 4 of Law 4412/2016 and includes two groups of contractual obligations of the contractor: a) PART 1: the construction, supply of mobile equipment and 6-month trial operation of the project of the Waste Treatment Unit (WTP) b) PART 2: the service of normal operation of the project for six (6) years Given that tthe main object of the contract is the construction of the MEA, according to par. 2 of article 4 of N4412/2016, the mixed contract is awarded in accordance with the provisions on project contracts.
