Tenders are invited for Construction Works for a Double Underground HTA 30 Kv Link in 630 Mm² Aluminum Cable between the Sirakoro and Sotuba Substations

2. Energie du Mali - sa is soliciting bids under seal from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide the following services:

· The realization of about 12 km of trenches, the making of the works for the junctions and crossing of the tracks,

· The supply and installation of underground aluminum cables with a 630 mm² section between the new 30 kV substation under construction at Sirakoro and that of Sotuba;

· Supply, manufacture of junction boxes;

· The supply and installation of optical fibers between the Sirakoro and Sotuba substations over approximately 12 km with the necessary junctions;

· The supply of two circuit breaker cubicles for the 30 kV line outgoing line;

· The construction of a disconnecting station (in a cabin built in masonry) equipped with cells equipped with disconnectors and lightning arresters);

· The supply of spare parts, maintenance tools and two operating vehicles.

The companies should provide elements that can justify their experience, their know-how for similar work and their financial capacity to carry out the services within nine (09) months.

4. The Tender File in French can be purchased by any interested Bidder by physically presenting himself or by making a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of one hundred thousand (100, 000) CFA francs. The method of payment will be physical or through a bank account (whose number is as follows: ML016 01201020401345893 - 28. The tender dossier will be sent by electronic version on USB key or transmitted through secure electronic messaging ( for those who will make a payment by bank).

Tenders must be delivered to the address specified below, no later than December 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Electronic submission of bids will be permitted. Any tender arriving after the deadline date and time for submission of tenders will be discarded. The tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers and the persons present at the address number indicated below on December 07, 2022 at 10:30 a.m.

Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the amount of eighty million (80, 000, 000) CFA francs
