7. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, for an amount of Ten thousand dollars ($10, 000) or an equivalent amount in Djibouti Francs;


The French Tender Documents may be purchased by any interested Bidder by making a written request to the address below against a non- refundable payment of 60, 000 FDJ or in a convertible currency .
