7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 PM February 29/2024. Electronics bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute, Amhara Agricultural Transformation Center (AATC), at the address below at 2:30 PM February 29/2024.
