Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Six Pesos and 09/100 (Php3, 926, 226.09) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF ECO-PARK.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 150 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
