Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works: The bidder shall have successfully completed works of similar nature, complexity and methods with minimum value of Tk. 690.00 (Six Hundred and Ninety) lakhs in 01 contract at Upazila levels under within the last 5 years under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies. The year counting from the date of Publication of Invitation of Tenders in the News Paper. Work completion certificates shall be submitted in CPTU prescribed format and must be issued by relevant Project Director/Deputy Project Director or Executive Engineer.c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1000.00 Lakh (Ten Crore) over the best Three (3) years of last Five (05) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250.00 Lakh (Two Crore Fifty Lakh )e) The minimum capacity shall be: 750.00 Lakh BDT
