The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 8.405-6 Limiting sources. A Justification for Single Source Awards for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The anticipated award date is February 06, 2023. The contractor shall deliver the Consult Manager Software to the Charleston, SC VA Medical Center (VAMC).The Contractor shall notify the Charleston, SC VAMC immediately should the inability arise to provide Consult Manager Software and Equipment by the required date and time. These services and supplies will be performed/delivered to the Charleston, SC VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401 NAICS code: 541519 - Other Computer Related Services(SBA Size Standard $34.0 Million) PSC: 7E20 IT and Telecom End User THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within three calendar days after publication of this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
